* Abusing authority, or doing their job? *


Alot of people have recently been complaining how alot of people have been getting suspended for "stupid" reason.
Don't get me wrong, I follow the OS rules from top to bottom, but alot of people have been complaining of being suspended for even saying a simple words like "Lmao", & even "Seriously".

I don't agree with the fact that some mods can suspend anyone for any reason honestly, but..

read these :) mods dont suspend for no reason and everu mod suspend or punishes for things they beleive is wrong every mod is diffrent but at the end it comes down to the rules.Once again 2 years on this site not once have i had to make a post, i think mods are justified. People get what they deserve :)

and as for the subject they are justified because like he said its in the coc and such so the question is more towards why is the coc soooo strict when it honestly doesnt have to be enforced to the Tee but its whatever its just a study site some people on here act like its life or death or just their life all i see is loosers on here

It depends on the mod that catches you too. Thomaster is ok with abbreviations of cuss words while some others aren't as tolerant.

A user was talking to me off of OpenStudy,

they had used bad language before, and got a small suspension.
The second time they used it, the moderator just put "Seriously" while giving the suspension because he believed that they would know why they were getting suspended.
