The average seed packet grows 84 % of the seeds planted. If a seed packet contains 130 seeds, what is the approximate number of seeds expected to grow? Round you're answer to the nearest whole number. @adrynicoleb @bohotness @igreen

a percent is defined as 1 part out of 100

therefore if we divide 130 into 100 equal parts, and then add up 84 of them, we have 84% of 130.
