Online dating, as I see it, is pointless. Dating virtually will never be the same as dating face-to-face. Even if you have "video chat", it's never the same as in real life. What's the chance that people that date virtually at a young age will marry in the future? I would honestly wait until I'm an adult to date as adolescent dating almost always ends in emotional pain+heartbreak. This is just my opinion, no hard feelings intended.

Light flirting in chat has been overlooked for a long time.  Why?  Bcause chat is pretty easy to avoid.  But in messages, questions, and replies it gets people suspended.  In fact, that whole attar guy started over how he got warned many times and eventually suspended over calling people baby, etc. in his replies to questions.

With the present chat system it is effectivly impossible to moderate.  We do the best we can, but you can't be everywhere at once.  This is why a more automated content filter system for the chats would really help.
