Well, what do you have so far?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't have anything i'm really trying but I can't think of anything!:(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok well what do you know about the characters from reading the story? The more detail the better.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry I got really busy yesterday thee characters are Brutus, Julius Caeser, Antony, Cassius, Octavius, Casca, Portia, Flavius, Cicero, Lepidus, Murellus, and Decius @izzy529

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok well from reading the story what do you know about them? (personality, facial features, etc.)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Jullis was a great Roman general and senator. He recently returned to Rome in triumph after a successful military campaign. His friend Brutus worries that Caesar may have bad dictatorship over the Roman republic. Caesar seems to show no such inclination, declining the crown many times. Brutus is a supporter of the republic who believes strongly in a government guided by the votes of senators. While Brutus loves Caesar as a friend, he opposes the ascension of any single man to the position of dictator, and he fears that Caesar aspires to such power. Antony is a friend of Caesar. Antony claims allegiance to Brutus and the conspirators after Caesar’s death in order to save his own life. These are the three people I want to do the rap on. @izzy529

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here's what I have so far.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First Name Julius last name causer he likes to think that he's a people pleaser.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*Caesar

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's ok, just wan to make sure you spell it right for your assignment

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

K so the first thing you should do is compile some facts on Julius Caesar, It could be the littlest things. It would be easier to make if we already know what we have to work with

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He also has the "falling sickness" or seizures he's married to Calpurnia (I think thats her name) he does not like to look weak. Antony follows him around and does whatever Caesar wants. Julius favors Antony

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah so how do i turn that into a rap?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lets see....do want to make Caesar sound good or bad in it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

doesn't really matter. good i guess.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kk then First Name Julius last name Caesar He likes to think that he's a people pleaser. ....I'm trying to think what would be good here... how long does it have to be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10 lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kk then, you need 8 more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you help me with them?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, sorry, os closed on me I'm trying to think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's okay!:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

His story ends in tragedy and brings many others agony idk...would that be good for the next two lines?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm not sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

have you read all of it yet? or have you only read half so far?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

up to act 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ah ok, so you don't know how horrible the ending is yet, then you prolly shouldn't use that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would you mind telling me the last thing that happened in Act 3? to me It's all together as one and I can't remember the diff between the acts

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like at the end?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya, if you just tell me the last thing that you read I will know what info I can use

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay ummIn the ensuing riot, the killing of Cinna the Poet exemplifies the irrationality of the brutality that has been unleashed; since Caesar’s murder, Rome has become so anarchic that even a poet finds himself in grave danger. This murder of the wrong man parallels the conspirators’ more metaphoric murder of the wrong man: although Brutus and Cassius believe that they have brought an end to Caesar’s charisma and authority, they have merely brought an end to the mortal body that he inhabited. While the body may lie dead, the true Caesar, the leader of the people, lives on in their hearts—as he does in the anxious minds of the conspirators: Brutus will soon encounter Caesar’s ghost near the battlefield. The populace will now seek a man who can serve as their “Caesar”—the word has now become a synonym for “ruler”—in his place; Caesar has instilled in the Romans a desire to replace the old republic with a monarchy.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

XD you looked that up! But yes I remember now, that was when they killed a poet because he had the same name as one of the conspirators

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i had that in a closed question i wrote and just copied and pasted that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Still here, you can still prolly use the first line, I mean it's true so how about this His story ends in tragedy leaving Antony in a calamity do you think that would work?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah thats 4 lines I think.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep! only six to go!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First Name Julius last name Caesar He likes to think that he's a people pleaser. His story ends in tragedy leaving Antony in a calamity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@cecormier

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@cecormier ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, computer trouble -_-

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what next?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Friends he held so dear now stand over him and jeer ...maybe?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah thats good!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First Name Julius last name Caesar He likes to think that he's a people pleaser. His story ends in tragedy leaving Antony in a calamity Friends he held so dear now stand over him and jeer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

XD and here I was thinking I wouldn't be any help!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4 more lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what else?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

more than halfway through....let me think......do you have any ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But Brutus he said, he said he's into greed which is how he's justifies the ides of march deed.!?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im not sure?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you purposefully say he said two times?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry only once

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kk just checking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is that fine?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sounds good to me, so that's two lines left.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First Name Julius last name Caesar He likes to think that he's a people pleaser. His story ends in tragedy leaving Antony in a calamity Friends he held so dear now stand over him and jeer But Brutus he's said, he's into greed which is how he's justifies the ides of march deed

OpenStudy (anonymous):
