So I clicked the link, and it gives me this:

And I turst you so I click 'Continue'

And this pops up:

So I click 'OK'

And then I again click at it from the bottom and this time this pops up:

In the past you could drag and drop it into chrome://extensions/ , but now it seems you can't do that anymore

You could try unzipping this folder and dragging it chrome://extensions/

I guess because I don't have developer mode on?
