Hey I am going around in circles plugging values into two formulas giving conflicting results and I can not find the error. Its on the attachment if anyone's up for it please!??

I think you gotta zoom in ..

OpenStudy (turingtest):

i'm not sure if this will solve your only problem, but it should be \[2aS=V^2-V_0^2\]

OpenStudy (turingtest):

this will be your only problem*

OpenStudy (rational):

you have a mistake in formula http://gyazo.com/7527b47a2fc4a0cb762220856fcdeb72

OpenStudy (rational):

it should be \[\large S = V_0 \color{red}{t} + \dfrac{1}{2}at^2\] right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

argh checking now... THANK YOU one sec please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey rational, Yep, that'll do it, RIGHT ON. THANK YOU. I cant tell you the circles upon circles but I have missed it every single damn time. THANK YOU! I will go off now and re do it with the ever so important extra t, time. Argh. Thank you!

OpenStudy (rational):

haha happens :) good luck !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im glad you can laugh - laugh or cry on this end haha, the latter is always the best option heh. Thanks again so much :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hi TuringTest, thanks for taking a look for me. Im sorry but I cant see quite what you are referring too..? I though I got the 2as =V^2 - Vo^2 formula correct..? Could you please clarify?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*thought

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[2aS = V ^{2}-V _{0^{}}^{2}\] Ah sorry TuringTest you're right. I had missed \[V _{0}^{2}\] in the formula itself. Thanks agian

OpenStudy (turingtest):

yeah, you got it welcome!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Cool thank you! Im applying the corrections now (and having a nice big exhale whilst kicking myself haha) Thank you :)
