Some people call me hopeless
That I’m going to hell
Or I’m creating a sin just like all sins.
People make things up
To make us look bad.
And they act like this one thing defines me,
As if it controls my entire being.
No wait it is my entire being?
Because this one thing, love
Is what makes me so juvenile!
Its what makes you superior.
And you say you’re trying to help,
To save me.
But I don’t want to go to a heaven
That discriminates me for being…
Me?!
So don’t waste your time.
Try saving yourself.
Because I don’t want nor need your help.
So keep coming at me with youre words
Of disgust
While I sit here with a loved one…
I just don’t understand how people
Who call me cancer are the ones who end up in heaven?
Kind of missed up.
And yet your god is the perfect one.
And I’m just the unfortunate one

As a Christian, I don't like the fact that you stereotyped all Christians as condescending hypocrites (though I do know a good many like that). However, when I look at your writing, I must say that your poem is good, and it does an accurate job describing the aforementioned hypocritical Christians.

@geneticrockhopper247 i understand that not all Christians are like that and i wouldn't really call it stereotyping Christian because i wasn't just talking about Christianity. There are tons of other beliefs that are against being gay. Also i didnt feel like i was generalizing because i did put in a line that were for the majority of Christians which is the one where it basically says its a sin just like any sin. The bible does call it a sin but that sin would be no worse nor any less of a sin than lying. There r very few Christians ive meet that r say it's not a sin. But you are right in the sense that i forgot the supporters. So maybe i will make a part two
