How about having a feature on people's profile to write them a testimonial? You could press write testimonial, and a pop-up box comes and lets you write them one. Something like that :P

Yeah. It's annoying to go through the questions to click their name and write it especially when they are offline.

And another feature, we all know how when OpenStudy lags, you can not fan people or write them testimonials. And for moderators it becomes more of a challenge because the moderator tools don't pop-up. So how about on the profile page for moderators it has the moderator tools? :)
