Given the equations 9x+34y=6 and 2x+12y=9, by what factor would you multiply the second equation to eliminate y and solve the system through linear combinations? −43 −34 −32 −72

can you verify the original is correct?
to use the elimination method to solve simultaneous equations the coefficients must be equal and opposite so they cancel out when the equations are added together. Here told to eliminate y and to use the factor on the second equation. what would we multiply 12y by so that when added to 34y the coefficient of y is zero? from the options my answer is not there.
