Question

I would like to make a request after much trouble in the chats:
Please ban user PHP, he's been cursing (avoiding the censor), being rude/derogatory (you're a waste of space, ugly, never show your real face, bad personality etc.), and telling people to go kill themselves.
Multiple times for each offense. I lost count of the times I reported/screenshotted to a mod.

And that's just today. Almost two years back I'd blocked him after multiple reports for nearly similar language/actions.

I still see his words in chat though, sadly.

Best way to handle this situation is to ignore and inform a mod of there actions. Don't demand, ask. I notice most users approach a moderator with, "HAVE YOU SEEN THE MATH CHAT, GET THERE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!". No lie it goes down like that 7/10 times.

If they happened to be afk and don't answer contact an ambassador, they will be willing to handle the situation.

Those are some possible ways to handle an inappropriate situation. I recommend the ignore method because its simple and requires no moderation.

Well I did block/report all his comments but he kept going for almost two hours ; ;

I did message a few mods - I sent screenshots to Abhisar and (politely) pinged several other mods.

I don't like to front issues like this but I really feel like I've exhausted all other possible options...

Tag the user and ill attempt to resolve this issue. I know Im not a mod or ambi, but I can resolve a basic conflict.

If they haven't banned Abb0t (only from the chats), I doubt they would ban another user from the chats.

Reporting it is enough. No need to mention the name of the user. As @iambatman said before: \(\color{navy}{No~naming,~no~shaming.}\)

If you still feel the need that the user has to be banned then message a mod about it. It takes a while for the mods to see abuse reports so you just have to wait sometimes. Report and then message the mod.

@kittiwitti1 if you have a problem with him either stay out of chats ot just report him and move on if nothing happens then he is doing nothing wrong.And also you will NEVER know if action was taken or nah so dont sweat it :P also your wasting time making a post when clearly nothing will happen so you might as well close this

@confluxepic Well, I have reported his posts on two scenarios now; I'm only dropping names due to the fact that his behavior is getting out of hand and I thought something should be done about it.
