Frank stands 580 feet from the base of the Statue of Liberty. If the Statue of Liberty is 306 feet tall, what is the angle of depression from the top of the statue’s torch to Frank? Round the answer to the nearest tenth.

You must mark the angle of depression. It's important to know exactly which angle you are talking about.
And that is what is happening. The first thing you need to do is recognize where the Angle of Depression is. That's what I said in the first post. Rather than object, go find the angle of depression. Hint: Angle of Depression and Angle of Elevation ALWAYS relate to the horizontal.
