What is the correct way to write this sentence in active voice? Not much has been said about the crash since that time. No one said much since that time about the crash. Since that time not much has been said about the crash. No one has said much about the crash since that time. Since that time the crash has not been spoken about.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm, ok. http://www.towson.edu/ows/activepass.htm looking at this, we can eliminate A, C, and E

OpenStudy (anonymous):

theres only A-D the second sentence is part of the question. but i will assume C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh, ok. in that case, C is correct because someone needs to be doing something, and that "No one has said much about the crash since that time." no one is the subject and said (or has said) is the verb
