http://nfs.sparknotes.com/macbeth/ This gives good summaries of the characters and the plot. Plus it takes the entire play and puts a modern language parallel right next to it so that it is a little more understandable. I used this for Hamlet and it was great help. I haven't read Macbeth yet, so, unfortunately, that is all the help I can give.

Hmm have you started anything yet? Did you choose which character would you like to use?

I read Macbeth long time ago but I still remember some of it, so maybe I can help a little bit (:
