A cheetah travels at a rate of 90 feet per second.

-The distance d traveled by the cheetah is a function of seconds traveled t. Write a rule for the function.

-How far will the cheetah travel in 25 seconds?

To answer your second question first. Total Distance=rate*time.....90*25=2250 feet.

The distance D is a function of the Rate multiplied by the time passed.
The rate is = 90 ft/s. The time is simply denoted by t.
Therefore the function is D=90t.
