Just wanted to make sure. Based from your diagram, are the cylinder tanks positioned horizontally?

Oh I'm not really sure that's just the image that was given to use but they never told us in what position they really are. Guess teachers didn't find it of importance, all they said was that the holding tanks are cylinders cut vertically so because of the diagram I am guess they are horizontally. :]
