What about we have the ability to see who gave medals? I am always wondering who gave who a medal and whenever I ask someone if they could give so and so a medal, they say "I did...". So how about that?

And also, everyone asks for medals, its the only way to know if someone is good enough to help you, like for instance, your title, Trusted Helper, Lets people know that you can be very helpful.

It just shows that you have helped people longer. Even replying to a post increases smartscore, you don't need a medal to increase it immediately.

It only shows 2 people, out of how many ever medals were given.

I have gotten 80+ medals in one post, but people will only know the last 2 people who medalled me.

This would be helpful to catch medal spammers becuase you will only be able to see 2 of their medal spamming accounts while the rest slither by and won't get banned for being a medal spam account :P
