The dimensions of triangle B are twice the dimensions of triangle A. The area of triangle A is 28 cm2. What is the area of triangle B? 56 cm2 112 cm2 90 cm2 135 cm2

Just test it accordingly if the area of the first triangle is 28, the dimensions must be 7,8 make that a scale factor of 2 and you get 14, 16 knowing that the base and height are 14, 16 get your new area.
I'm so confused.
But that's all we have to go on
The area of a triangle is (b x h)/2 solve knowing that b,h is 14, 16
Oh! I here's another one that might make sense. Since the dimensions of B are 2 times A, that means 2b=b and 2h=h
So. I just have to figure out what x is?

It's really not that hard just multiply 14 and 16, and finally divide by 2 lmao

112. Which isn't an answer choice

"56 cm2 112 cm2 90 cm2 135 cm2" ok man
can we restart with a small question? What is the formula for the area of a triangle?
WOW. I already answered this question. And totally forgot
~I am not needed anymore it seems~
