it is a bike sport raced on grass pavement dirt ext. it also contains obstacles that demand physical shape. like barriers a small 1 to 1 1/2 ft hurdle there is usually one set that contains two of them. it also contains stairs, very steep dirt hills which are so hard you need to put your bike on your shoulder and run up. cyclocross is raced in the winter in any condition the course is changed very little apart from the racers doings you cannot put water on the course though. ask me if you would like to learn more
