Which transformations will produce similar, but not congruent, figures? A. Triangle PQR is reflected across the x-axis and then rotated 90° clockwise to form triangle PꞌꞌQꞌꞌRꞌꞌ.
B. Triangle PQR is reflected across the y-axis and then dilated by a scale factor of 6 to form triangle PꞌꞌQꞌꞌRꞌꞌ. C. Triangle PQR is rotated 180° counterclockwise and then translated 11 units left to form triangle PꞌꞌQꞌꞌRꞌꞌ. D. Triangle PQR is rotated 90° clockwise and then reflected across the y-axis to form triangle PꞌꞌQꞌꞌRꞌꞌ.
@iGreen
Similar, but not congruent..
So it has to be dilated..dilation changes the size, so it's still similar, but not congruent.
Which one dilates it?
D
@girllover123
why kinda math is it ?
No, which one says it dilates it?
