What are some nonspecific immune responses and the body systems that produce them? I have some ideas but im not sure.
What do you think?
Things like the skin and mucus? I know that the skin covers and protects the body from many pathogens and foreign substances encountered every day and mucus defend the mouth, nose, and eyes, using both chemical and physical means to minimize the pathogens that enter the body.

Well done! Saliva, tears, and eyelashes are also in the category as well!
:D
Thank you so much!! I have one more fast question if you don't mind? I'm trying to get good notes for my test tomorrow!
Of course, shoot!
Would a method used to control pathogens be like antibodies? Are there any others? :)
Antibodies are the body's natural reactions. They fight off diseases. I am not too sure but I think medications help with this purpose as well.
Okay thank you so much! :)
Things like antibiotics help the body fight off sickness.
Oh yeah, I forgot about those, I learned about those in my previous lesson. Thanks!
