Why should immigration be legal constitutionally?

OpenStudy (tarantulagirl98):

is this for school or just a debate?? ;p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For school

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

could you word it out better? i can some how, where you are trying to go...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos I have a debate with another student. I'm for immigration. But I need constitutional facts for my arguments. Like get amendments involved and stuff.

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

remembers guys if ur answering his question no

OpenStudy (tarantulagirl98):

If immigrants want to come here to find work and put plenty of time an effort into it, I dont see why not. if more job spots become available and they want or need work, we should give it to them. the only drawback i can see is, possible diseases coming from them, attacks, ummm.. if theyre not breaking any laws working in the US, then it should be allowed constitutionally. i guess thats my debate.

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

direct answer

OpenStudy (bibby):

how? the constitution protects the rights of citizens of the state

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

yeah/...

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

help him find out the answer himself

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

@maniacpokemon43 yes, we acknowledged that

OpenStudy (bibby):

literally nobody cares if you care, you're a nobody don't be a nobody be a somebody go do something that matters kiddo

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

goodness @bibby

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@bibby yeah, I already have those things. This is facts that I have: Some states (like California and Texas) rely on the cheap labor that immigrant workers provide. It gives struggling people all over the world an opportunity for a better life. This country was built on immigrants who sought opportunity, political & religious freedom, etc. Different market spheres open up to accommodate customers of various cultures. The economy will be in balance while the demand for low wage workers is fulfilled at all times. What else can I add? (Constitutionally)

OpenStudy (tarantulagirl98):

so not caring makes u a somebody?? what a broad statement.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

ok so you are trying to debate that immigrants should legal, naturally, once they enter the states?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos Yes sir.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

ok so why do you want to say yes to - our debate?

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

and i am a "ma'am"... :p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos Why should I be for immigration is what you're asking?

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

something like that? you are for or against?? im kinda lost

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos I am for it.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

ok, so give me some pros on this debate and why they should become naturally legalized

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

once they enter the U.S or any other country

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I stated what I have above.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos It should be legal for an immigrant to come to america.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

ok.. so we have this Some states (like California and Texas) rely on the cheap labor that immigrant workers provide. It gives struggling people all over the world an opportunity for a better life. This country was built on immigrants who sought opportunity, political & religious freedom, etc. Different market spheres open up to accommodate customers of various cultures. The economy will be in balance while the demand for low wage workers is fulfilled at all times.

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

sometimes it would help to know of immigrants that helped usa get in shape

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos Yes.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

so we can add.... yes @maniacpokemon43 that is a good one

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

so find a person who was an immigrant but was able to help USA with what he or she did

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

but a couple cons are that- if an immigrant gets hurt, the hospital can't not help him or her out, so they eventually add debt to the country

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

then write a summery of what that person did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Albert Einstein – This famous genius is also an immigrant. Einstein was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1933. His scientific theories are taught in classrooms around the world and continue to form the basis for many of today’s scientific research.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

but @Yothatboy keep in mind (EXAMPLE) Mexico is a completely different country, if they want to enter the country the should apply for a visa over here

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

EXAMPLE

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

Albert is a good person to do ur topic about

OpenStudy (maniacpokemon43):

well hope i helped as much as i could

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Madeline Albright – Some of our most notable political figures in America are also immigrants. Madeline Albright was the first female U.S. Secretary of the State. She was born in Czechoslovakia and moved to the U.S. in 1948. She became a U.S. citizen in 1957. She became Secretary of State in 1997. Should I add that aswell?

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

me too, i have to work on something else, but @Yothatboy i will medal you for outstanding participation :) and haveing everything on-hand :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@domebotnos Thank you! I will medal you for contributing. Have a good night.

OpenStudy (domebotnos):

@Yothatboy thank you sweetie :p
