I have a touch screen laptop, no mouse. I want to be able to use the "draw" with my fingers to write things, but I can't. Any way to remedy this easily?
Just tried it on my surface pro 3 but it doesn't work. Just like most other drawing apps a mouse or stylus pen is required.
Unbelievable. But MS paint allows you to use your fingers.
Yes, in ms paint there is no page navigation needed so it registers touch as a continuous click. Touch in most other applications is mostly used as page navigation and clicking. For example you cannot click and drag stuff with touch same way you can with a mouse, (eg. dragging a file to a folder, you'd have to tap it quick and then drag it) But that doesn't work for drawing unfortunately. So it's not the site's fault, just doesn't work because the browser probably won't allow it.
:(
Plus, it would be a mess if you'd draw with your fingers in such a small area :P
Wouldn't work very well
Looks like its time to learn Latex.
\(\LaTeX\) is quite simple to learn. I made a tutorial about it. \(\href{http:///openstudy.com/study#/updates/52e12f56e4b0942cc9de719e}{\sf\Large link}\)
Reminds me of Web design.
Also, do you know anything about the progress of the OpenStudy app for android?
Don't expect is shortly, they're still working on fixing bugs in the new site design. And they probably need to fix the iOS app too prior to porting it to Android because it also has a lot of bugs...
I noticed. Only new thing is the new web page look.
And the new thing is also the new features which are Qualified Helpers and the Owlbucks. And the soon to come Emporium.
The drawing tool on the android tablet version has the draw tool working ;)
Good thing Jay is going to implement it into the android version since he is making the android app xD
might as well make a windows version when im done LOL
