Just a tiny suggestion:

I can't see the CoC that is at the bottom of the screen. What if OS updated it and made it clearer and more flashy? The chats is covering the CoC so it hard to click on.

This could work, and also have a popup with the Code of Conduct on it to appear for new users when they create their account. And put a time limit for when they can close out of it so they will actually read it instead of just simply ticking the box that says "I Agree" and then moving on.

^ Eggxactly. Many people just skim through it, and plenty of new users don't know that direct answers aren't allowed (most likely from not reading the CoC and TaC).
