I think this is exponential growth:
y= Ce^(rt)
y= 2500 e^(0.069*10)
y=4984 people <<<<<answer

I thought it was 4984 too. because we were supposed to round to the nearest hundred, my previous answer was 5000. it was graded as incorrect @ElonaSushchik
