its C I can give a example of if you want one
positive reinforcement is to weaken a behavior for example you know how some car's go ding ding ding when your not wearing your seat belt? that ding ding ding is used to annoy you to put it on! thus decreasing the behavior of you not putting it on :D lol hopefully this was a helpful example.
