An expression is shown below: f(x) = -16x^2 + 24x + 16 What are the x - intercepts of the graph? How can you tell if a vertex is a maximum or a minimum? *MEDAL* *FAN* @fallenangelorchid @Nnesha @bibby @sleepyjess

Nnesha (nnesha):

x -intercepts = solutions = zeros or what you wanna call it x-intercepts when graph of quadratic equation cross x-intercept , when y =0 so replace y by zero and solve for x by applying quadratic formula

Lets see....I think it is (2,0) and (-0.5,0)

Nnesha (nnesha):

vertex you can find out that by looking at the equation |dw:1429128436850:dw|
