In a data set of 20 data points, the mean and median are different and there is no mode. Ten students from each class are randomly sampled to find the favorite subject at school.

yep first one seems good
since the rest either do not have enough choices (the school might not offer all classes, they might be biased, we cannot check if the person is lying), or the sampling is not random (choosing only girls in #2)
