well the first one creates a change on the x coordinate and since its +2 it would shift 2 to the let because you would set the x to 0
so x+2=0
x=-2
the second one causes x to be negative meaning a reflection across the y axis since for example 1 to -1 is across the y axis
the third one affects the y coordinate causing it to go like you said up 3
