How did Jesus change the concept of the Priesthood

The Sadducees where the Priest of the Temple during Christ life and there service ended at the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD or CE. Frankly I really don't see in the Gospels another Priesthood unless you consider Christ asking Peter to feed his sheep. Of course in other parts of the New Testament you'll find local minister and the such.

Read the Gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke, John then you'll have sources of people and places to look up on the internet. For example the for main Jewish sects at the time, Sadducees, Pharisee, Essenes, Zealots or places such as Jerusalem or Temple. It's easies with the internet today, but I would try to verify anything you get of the net because errors and erroneous info is possible.
