It sounds like a pretty good idea, like, 2:30 off. 3:00 back on, stays on till 5:30, then turn it off.

Close the chats you don't wanna see and open them up when you feel you need them again.

Nope its true :) its not an attitude if you stay out of them there is no problem chats are meant for a break from learning
