History is and should be recorded as it happens, as factual and fixed information. D. History is recorded most accurately according to the experts of the time period in question. E. History should be recorded from either a top down or bottom up perspective.

I actually feel like A could be as well, if you think about it. With how much or minds re interpret and how many times history has been written about and/re wrote, many of the "authors" could be biased or their point of view could be different.
