The area of a rectangle is 36 cm2. The length of the rectangle is 8 cm. What is the width of the rectangle?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Post in math not English.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Hint: \(\bf Area~ of~ a~ rectangle = Length \times width\)

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So.... \(\sf\Large 36 = 8 \times width\) Solve for width... now that wasn't so hard was it?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

And next time post in math to get faster help.. luckily I was here in English and I saw you question and I was able to help you :P
