They do, but they can be busy at times. They have a big job to do. So try tagging others! Most of the time we are happy to help =) Now wait for TSO's awesome rely.

They are the busiest users on os. Also, as for people getting tagged and not replying, remember that all the helpers here volunteer their time to help, and can't be summoned for every single post they're tagged in. :)

If you want moderators to come faster, try messaging them as messages are always less than notifications and faster to check.

If not message an ambassador and they can contact a moderator or help you out (:
