Can someone help me with Geometry?
Sure bud. Whats the problem?
Ah okay. Lemme see about the first one.
Alright, so what do you know about the equation thus far? What are we doing with the numbers.
Alright. That's fine. Let's see what we can do about this equation. Also, are you on a test or just doing some home work?
Okay. So first off. Do you know what a perpendicular line is?
Yup correct. So we're looking for that kind of line to your two points listed above.
Okay, just looking around I found what we're trying to get here. |dw:1429223864602:dw|
The lines connect a (0, 0)?
Well, no. The line actually passes through (3, -4) for the line. But I just wrote this to show an example of what it'd probably look like.
Yes. We're going to need to write the first equation in Point Intercept form to get our answer.
Well, once you get it into the proper form to graph it; it's really easy after that to figure out the answer.
But basically you don't have to graph but write the equation the fits for the answer.
So, you write with Slope intercept form to get the answer needed.
Well, put that into Slope Intercept form Which is Y = mx + B
No, it'd change into Y = 3x - 4
That'll be a line on the graph for your answer.
Not that hard once you understand the basics right?
No sir :)
That should be the answer their looking for. So good luck with your home work! :)
Thnx! I have one more, could you help?
I dunno if I could. I'm not the greatest at the maths. I just want to get on with my life you know? XD
Yis! I'll tag you, and see if you can help me :)
Well, shoot the question. If I can't answer I'll get someone who can :)
Also, just post in a new question btw.
