Who would chose? How many awards? And there would be arugments between users if they didn't get selected. Could be bias in this too

IMO, No. There are few user who would cause hell if only ambassadors and moderators chose. And if moderators and ambassadors got this award, thhe would say because ambis and mods are giving each other the awards. And no one wants to just argue pointlessly over that with them tbh. >.>

People were like scratching and freaking out at the new Ambis.
Oh trust me. It may seem stupid to fight over it, but people will. Anything like this will turn straight to insanity and go downhill

Where? How? People could spam votes for themselves or their friends. If you per ip, there are siblings who share ips. There is also school where you can go to the computer lab and just jump around from computer to computer voting for themselves or stuff.

And friends voting for friends without evaluating who actually deserves it, etc. People would vote for the user who they see on the most since they don't know anyone.

If someone gets first place all the time that means he worked for it. You can't give the first place award to the second best person just because he won a lot less awards that the first best person.
