how to access android phone using ip address

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

In what respect?

OpenStudy (bibby):

a la CSI. *WE GOT HIS IP* "hold on... give me a minute to gain access to the mainframe of the server" *furious typing* tl;dr it's impossible to hack you with just your IP alone...

OpenStudy (appleboy2):

If you're talking about viewing the SD card or filesystem remotely, that's possible, but if you mean controlling the phone remotely that's a no-go.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not to control ,only for view some details, such as text or call details.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

you would need an ap on the phone that had the permission to view it and access by IP.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can use AirDroid

I may be incorrect about this but im fairly certain your phone cannot do such things without external help (ie: application, remote control interface, hardwire to open network to which you're connected) if you are hoping to access it through a computer, i think getting an app to allow you to view it's IP, writing it down, then plugging it into a command-prompt might allow it. This is operating only on a safety-control network bypass i learned. if your network has a safety filter for the internet then you can SOMETIMES use the known IP of a website to visit it instead. this you could just do through the command terminal by typing in "go to <website url>" and then copying down the IP, pasting that in the address bar instead, and there ya go. mind you if they've blocked the IP it wont work, but most safety filters only block the URL. My thought was that this may work in reverse, so its worth a shot, but again, no gaurauntees
