Part A: I believe the chance of hitting the black dot is closer to zero due to the amount of white background there is.
(not 100% sure with myself there may be something I missing in this problem)
ok what about part b?
Part B: The probability of hitting the white is closer to 1 due to the greater amount of white on the target than the amount of black.
