It cant be the subject because we is the subject. it is not the direct address. it is not a direct object because it is not receiving the action of the verb. therefore, it must be the object of the preposition.

also, in the prepositional phrase " in an old bus" it must be the OP because it is the only noun in the prepositional phrase.
