Christ said no one but the Father, such question are really not ours to make.  What we need to do is prepare ourselves for the life were living and any thing the Lords makes us aware of.

for ur first question it will happen when all the people on this earth will be atheist .(will not believe in existence of good )

Science say's our sun will nova in about 5 billion years after it becomes a whit dwarf.  These types of novae, supernovae, have been observed by scientist in our heavens and have been somewhat understood.  What hasn't been observed is when a star does a small nova not being a white dwarf, this meaning that such doesn't exist or it's to small to be observed.  I think this is actually predicted Biblically and mankind will have to deal with it using means were developing now to combat climate change, know as geo-engineering.
