There are two ways to solve problems like this which one you need :)
Graphically or mathematically

You simply plug a zero into the equation then you will get 4 , then the vertex will be : (0,4)
this is only applicable for this equation , another solution would be by using differentiation

when i replace 0 with x the 4 stays the same im not sure if i understand
