I think it's B and C....since when he was younger he wrote stories and articles and guides for young and elderly people and also he documented his findings of how lightning and electricity came from the sky.

I'm positive that's A and B are right but C I think but not 100% sure. He wrote and I've read some of his work but...I don't remember if anything was about the nature of God.

He mentions, if i remember correctly, Deism in his autobiography and goes into stuff about that. so C yeah
