D is correct because the Egyptians had slaves so B isn`t correct, They killed all the Greeks so A isn`t correct, and no Romans where ashamed of owning slaves because if you had slaves back then you had to be really really rich

@Sworewolf The correct answer is D. All people were not treated equally in ancient Rome, because all the rest are false, Romans didn't create slavery, Romans weren't ashamed, and slaves were from many pats.
