It could be sentimentality. The poems get really deep and well, sentimental. Speeches are supposed to sentimental to draw the audience in and make them feel some strong emotions.

I believe the tone is uplifting & passionate/romantic cuz she uses "anaphora" many times throughout the poem.
I believe the mood is ... (I'm still thinking lol)
