The first rule to apply whe you see a root(cubic,square....) is to evaluate the expression under the root and see if you can simplify it. In your case multiply 6 with x. After that you will multiply your obtained exponent with the power of your root (e.g. for square root you goot power 1/2;for cubic root you got 1/3...) In your case you will multiply 6x with 1/3 which will lead to 6x/3 then to 2x and that's your final exponent.
