How do you become an qualified helper?

How to become a QH? Moderators and SmartScore 80 and above can apply to be Qualified Helpers. Non-moderator Qualified Helpers must:
a.     Have at least one title
b.     No suspensions
c.     Send in a ID
d.     Sign a agreement
e.     Go through the selection and interview process
f.     Go through training
g.    Commit at least 2 hours a day.

You have to have 80SS... sooo get 80SS and then apply :)
