Question

Suggestion: New ambassadors that are selected should only receive their "A" symbol after they complete their initial training and have shown effort in their assignments. This will show that they have earned the position through hard work. Just a thought, I have no hard feelings towards any users.

They don't receive the "A" until the first month of training. That's at least how they did it in my cohort, I don't remember what happened with the more recent cohort.

No, all three cohorts we handed it out at the start. It helps ID the new ones. But I have contemplated this before as a way to make sure they go through the training. The problem there is if anything happens... like an orange war that makes the training hard (happened to cohorts 1 and 2!)

I actually agree with your idea. @EclipsedStar

Some users may not pass the training and it wouldn't look good to get de-ambied. It should be similar to the process they have with the mods. Train them secretly and announce them as full mods/ambassadors once they earned the title.

Yep it should happen b.c some just do it for the *A* and after they get it they change and start fooling around etc. After the Training would be great for them to get it b.c they earned it.

I don't actually think that. I never wanted the \(\color{purple}{Ⓐ}\) because it was purple.
They should change it to a more gender neutral color.

But you are right about what others think about it. I think a lot of the first ambassadors did that.
