Can someone tell me what this question is asking me to do? I'm really confused!
Can you find the cell on the table that corresponds to 'Mini Trucks' and 'B&B motors', what value is in there?
Yes. Its 9.
Good. Can you find the value in the cell that corresponds to the 'total sales revenue' by 'all four companies'
Umm, no. Do yuo mean the marginal total?
notice that the companies totals go down the table, and that the model sales totals go across the table . . .
Alright.
only one cell has the total sales by all companies
is the value to that cell 431?
YEs!
Do you kind-of understand the complicated two-way table now?
Yea. Could you just sort of show me the steps though?
Do i divide now? 9/431?
Now we just need some formula to work out the relative frequency.... ... exactly!
So my answer would be 0.02?

Thanks alot buddy! You just earned yourself a new fan!
: ) If we analyze the result: 0.02 ie 2% of money from all car sales, of all companies is B&B mini trucks, this sounds very reasonable.
They should make a smartscore of 1000 just for you. :P
