How does finding the constant of proportionality help you in the real world? Provide an example.

think about a job where you get paid $10 per hour.... how much do you get for 2 hrs 5 hrs 3.5 hrs you pay rate is the constant of proportionality... another example... is using a map scale to calculate distances... the scale is always constant... its just the measurements on the map that vary,,,
