OpenStudy (itsbribro):

Complete the equation of the graphed linear function. Write the slope in decimal form. y=___x+___ http://static.k12.com/calms_media/media/1522000_1522500/1522151/1/1736caf9dcec0b08d1e54495943e705aaaf8da69/MS_IMC-140829-100653.jpg

OpenStudy (g_osmenaj):

The general formula is y = mx + b...you find m by finding rise over run and b is the y-intercept.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what grade is this for? i was a k12 student for a while

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

8th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you get the answers yet?

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

no

Nnesha (nnesha):

y -intercept where line cross y -axis

Nnesha (nnesha):

slope = rise/run for slope if line is decreasing then slope should be negative if line is increasing then slope should be positive

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the options?

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

i have to fill in the equation

Nnesha (nnesha):

well don't need to post that tell me slope should be negative or positive and y-intercept is what (remember y-intercept where line cross y-axis's )

this person asked the same question here http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/546c9d21e4b0ecc3214954a8

Nnesha (nnesha):

waoo same question haan ? :-)

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

lol thank you for explaining @Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):
