you can just calculate the lengths AU, UB and AB and show they are the same. that's the full-on way to do it. alternatively, you can establish that, say, U - A = root(3) + 3i, and the arg of that number is arctan (3/root(3)) = 60deg so BAU = 60. and then noting the symmetry blah blah blah , all angles have to be 60. if the latter troubles you (it's more vectors and geometry, than complex numbers), just calculate the lengths as advised in first para and take the marks.... i suspect that's what they want you to do.
